Daiquiri
Ingredients
- 2 oz 3 Lacs Spiced Rum
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz passion fruit nectar
- 1 oz champagne or sparkling wine
Recipe
Fill a shaker with ice, then add all the ingredients except the champagne. Shake until it’s too cold to hold. Strain through a fine sieve into a chilled coupette. Add champagne and garnish with a slice of lime.
