One beautiful evening on the shore of a lake, three childhood friends were sipping spirits around a fire. Passionate and already brewers of their own craft beer, the three accomplices challenged themselves to approach the world of spirits from a new angle. Their wish: to reinvent the classics by adding a daringly botanical touch of freshness.

Fifteen years after brewing their very first beer in a basement, they joined forces to create avant-garde spirits inspired by their Quebec lifestyle. Distillerie 3 Lacs was born.
