Sour
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz 3 Lacs Orange Liqueur
- 1/2 oz 3 Lacs Spiced Rum
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 1/2 oz cranberry juice
- 1 egg white
Recipe
Pour all ingredients into a shaker without ice and shake 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain through a fine strainer into a coupette.
Glass : Coupette
Suggested garnish : Grated nutmeg
