New Year's Eve Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 oz of 3 Lacs Grapefruit Rosemary Gin
- 1 oz of grapefruit juice
- 0.5 oz of lemon juice
- 0.5 oz of grenadine
- Sparkling wine
Recipe
In an ice-filled shaker, shake all the ingredients except the sparkling wine until they are too cold to touch. Strain using a fine strainer into a champagne flute. Add the sparkling wine and garnish with a slice of grapefruit!
Glass: Champagne flute
