Ingredients
- 2 oz. Limoncello 3 Lacs
- 0.75 oz. lemon juice
- 0.5 oz. simple syrup
- 4 dashes of orange bitter (optional)
- 1 egg white
- ginger beer
Recipe
In a shaker without ice, vigorously shake all ingredients except ginger beer. Add ice and shake again for a few seconds. Strain through a fine sieve into a Highball glass. Add ginger beer until the foam is at the brim.
