Ingredients
- 6 oz. 3 Lacs Grapefruit Rosemary Gin
- 4 oz. dry vermouth (or woody white wine)
- 14 oz. cold green tea
- 150 gr sugar (⅔ cup)
- 3 oz. fresh lemon juice
- Zest of one orange and its juice
- Zest of one grapefruit and its juice
Recipe
In a punch bowl, combine the sugar and citrus zest. Let stand for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Add lemon, grapefruit and orange juices and tea. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Add 3 Lacs Gin and dry vermouth. Fill with ice and stir. Makes 4 servings.
Glass : Small punch cup
Suggested garnish : Citrus slices
