DAIQUIRI
Ingredients
- 2 oz 3 Lacs Pink Grapefruit Rum
- 2 oz strawberry puree
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 oz of simple syrup
- Sugar
Recipe
Moisten the rim of the glass and dip it in sugar. In a shaker filled with ice, shake all the ingredients until they are too cold to touch. Strain using a fine sieve into a chilled martini glass.
Glass: Martini
Suggested garnish: Strawberry on the rim
